Who Do I Contact for a Concern?

Commissions

Commission turnaround time varies often, please email me to discuss bringing your idea to life.

Shipping

There are two methods of shipping depending on what the item you are purchasing is. PLEASE ASK BEFORE YOU BUY IF THIS MATTERS TO YOU.

Original paintings, hand-painted items, other random items are directly mailed by me through usps unless otherwise stated. LARGE original paintings will be sent through a 3rd party where it will be packaged (takes about 1-2 weeks) and then sent (another week).

Apparel, posters, most prints are mailed through a 3rd party usually through Printful or Printify depending on what company is creating your item. Each item takes time to be made (about 1 week) and then time to ship (usually 1 more week). Each item is different and dependent on the manufacturer chosen by Printful/Printify.

Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! The only exchanges available are for apparel IF YOU ARE LOCAL TO THE AREA. *excluding hand-painted one-of-a-kind clothing*. Please LOOK AT THE SIZE CHART AND CORRECTLY MESURE YOURSELF WHEN ORDERING CLOTHING. I am a small business and each item you order comes directly out of my pocket to be made specifically for you.

If a clothing item doesn't fit based on the size chart please message me directly to exchange it (in person or ship it to my PO box--shipping will not be able to be refunded for your exchange).

Returns/refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No returns/refunds on any visual art. Please note that the colors used in a painting will appear in a picture vs. in your direct gaze depending on the light and way it is displayed. Please check to make sure the sizes and color of items you are ordering matches your needs. Feel free to message me if you are still confused about sizing, it's easier to work with you beforehand to make sure there are no issues rather than backtrack ::) I am happy to work with you.

Damaged Packages


Contact me directly if your package has been delivered defectively and I will do my best to refund you or send you an item of equivalent value.
