Contract for Barely Awake Services

 

This Agreement is between you and artist, Kalee Bly Choiniere, also referred to as Barely Awake. By submitting to this contract you are agreeing to the following:

Agreement between artist and purchaser:

  1.  Artwork: The purchaser has commissioned Kalee for the following work of art:

    1. Total Price: $4400

    2. Dimension + canvas: 48” x 60” birch blend wood panel

    3. Medium: acrylic paint + GAC100 baselayer

    4. Description (discussed between both parties beforehand): primary colors: reds, pinks, oranges, purples, blues (less prevalent, but still existing greens + yellows). drippy flowers that flow.
